Typeform: Conversational Forms, Surveys and Quizzes
Forms that ask one question at a time, embeddable in any site, aimed at getting better completion rates than a page of stacked fields.
- One question at a time. The whole premise: a long form presented as a conversation gets finished more often than the same fields stacked on one page.
- Works on any platform. The form is hosted by Typeform and embedded with a snippet, so Squarespace, WordPress and everything else are equally supported.
- Five published plans. Basic at $28, Plus at $56, Business at $91, Talent at $119 and Growth Pro at $266, in US dollars, from Typeform's own pricing data.
- No referral link on this listing. A Typeform referral URL exists but Squarespell's ownership of it is unverified, so the button goes to Typeform directly and we earn nothing here.
Overview
One question at a time, and why that matters
A form with fifteen fields on one page announces its own length. The respondent sees the whole ask before answering any of it, decides it is too much, and leaves. That abandonment is the problem Typeform was built around.
Their answer is to present the same fifteen questions one at a time, as something closer to a conversation. You cannot see how much is left, each individual step is trivially easy, and completion rates on long forms tend to improve as a result.
The same design is a disadvantage on a short form. Three fields presented one at a time is three page transitions instead of one glance, and a plain form beats it. This is a tool for long asks.
What it costs
Five plans, split by who is asking
Typeform publish five plans, two of them aimed at specific departments rather than at general use. The figures below are taken from Typeform's own structured pricing data, which names each plan and states each price in US dollars.
| Plan | Price (USD) | Aimed at |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $28 | Interactive forms connected to your workflow |
| Plus | $56 | Making forms more designed and on-brand |
| Business | $91 | Analysing performance and working with the data |
| Talent | $119 | HR and hiring — employee experience, video, automation |
| Growth Pro | $266 | Marketing teams automating workflows |
Plan prices as published in Typeform's own structured data on their pricing page, read 30 August 2026.
Typeform's structured data does not say whether these are monthly prices or the monthly equivalent of annual billing, and their pricing page offers both. We have recorded what they publish rather than guessing the billing period — confirm which you are being quoted before subscribing.

We earn nothing from this listing
Most listings on this marketplace carry a tracked link and disclose it. This one does not, and the reason is worth stating plainly.
A Typeform referral URL exists and works. What has not been established is that it is ours. Publishing a referral link whose ownership we have not verified would risk routing readers — and any commission — through someone else's tracking, which is a worse outcome than earning nothing at all.
So the button on this page goes to Typeform's own site, untracked. If the relationship is confirmed later, the link will change and the disclosure will appear with it.

Does Squarespell earn anything if I subscribe?
No. There is no tracked link on this listing. A Typeform referral URL exists, but we have not verified that it belongs to Squarespell, and publishing an unverified referral link risks sending you through someone else's tracking.
The button goes to Typeform's own site. If that changes, the disclosure will change with it.
What does it cost?
Typeform publish five plans: Basic at $28, Plus at $56, Business at $91, Talent at $119 and Growth Pro at $266, in US dollars. Those figures come from Typeform's own structured pricing data. It does not state whether they are monthly rates or the monthly equivalent of annual billing, and the pricing page offers both — so check which applies before you subscribe.
Why does it not just say the monthly price?
Because Typeform's page renders its prices in the browser and their published data does not declare a billing period. Recording a price we would have had to infer is how a wrong number ends up looking like a checked fact, so we have published exactly what they state and flagged what they do not.
Will it work on Squarespace?
Yes. The form is hosted by Typeform and embedded with a snippet, which on Squarespace goes in a code block. The same embed works on WordPress and anywhere else, because nothing is installed on your site.
Is it worth it for a contact form?
Usually not. For name, email and a message, your platform's built-in form is faster for the visitor and free. Typeform earns its place on long forms — applications, briefs, intake questionnaires — where people give up partway through.
What are the Talent and Growth Pro plans?
Plans aimed at particular departments rather than at general use: Talent at HR and hiring, described as improving employee experience with AI, video and automation; Growth Pro at marketing teams automating and streamlining workflows.
What happens to my form if I cancel?
The form renders from Typeform's service, so it is a hosted dependency: a cancelled subscription means an embedded form that no longer works. Export your responses before you cancel, and confirm the specifics with Typeform.
Has Squarespell used it?
Not in production. Everything on this page is read from Typeform's own pricing page and structured data, and the listing says so rather than implying a test we have not run.
Ready when you are
The right tool for a long ask
If people are abandoning a long form partway through, presenting it one question at a time is a real fix. If your form is three fields, it is not. Check whether the price you are quoted is monthly or annual before you commit.
