Is Contact Form compatible with Squarespace 7.0 and 7.1?

Elfsight works on all Squarespace versions, including classic 7.0 and the latest 7.1 with Fluid Engine, and it integrates smoothly with any template.

Which Squarespace plans support adding the Contact Form plugin?

You’ll need a plan that allows custom code. Squarespace’s Business or higher plans are required for embedding JavaScript plugins – Personal/Basic plans don’t support code blocks or header/footer injections for scripts.

Is a Google Maps API key required?

Yes, Elfsight runs on Google’s official API, so you must connect your own API key with billing enabled.

Can I add multiple store locations to the map on Squarespace?

You can place multiple markers on a single map to showcase various branches of your business directly on your Squarespace website.

How do users get directions on my Squarespace website?

Visitors can click a marker and open directions from their current location in Google Maps automatically.

What information can be displayed per location?

In each location card you can show an address, contact details, hours, website link, image, and description.

Do I need coordinates to add a place?

No, simply enter the address and the plugin determines coordinates automatically using Google’s geocoding.

Is CSV bulk import available on my Squarespace website?

You can upload a CSV file to add multiple locations at once. Please note that current locations will be replaced during import, so include existing entries in the file if you want to keep them.

Can I enable categories or filtering?

Yes, markers can be grouped and filtered for better usability, so visitors can focus on specific types of places.

Is search included in the map?
