Which Squarespace plans support adding the Chatbot?

You’ll need a plan that allows custom code. Squarespace’s Business or higher plans are required for embedding JavaScript widgets – Personal/Basic plans don’t support code blocks or header/footer injections for scripts.

Can I set the Chatbot’s tone or personality on my Squarespace website?

Each plan includes message and view limits (e.g., Free: 50, Basic: 300). When usage reaches its limit, the plugin pauses until your monthly reset or until you upgrade your plan.

Can I get a transcript of the chat conversations from my Squarespace website?
